Becoming stronger while choosing food that is satisfying and enjoyable!
First and foremost I am a mother to 2 girls! For the longest, my top priority was everything and everyone else. Until one day I found myself in a state of fear because I lost myself. I was 268 lbs at the age of 30. I needed to become healthier but I didn’t know how.
I knew the first step was accepting that change needed to be implemented. The two things that helped pave my redirection in my journey was to begin working out and learn healthier eating habits! So, a year later I’ve adjusted and made it become a daily routine! With over 65 lbs down I want to help you along the way! You got this amiga!
